Attendance at a minimum of 75% of board meetings

Read all materials emailed in advance of each board meeting

Actively participate in at least two sub-committees of the board

Participate in fundraisers by soliciting donations and attending fundraisers that may be on evenings or weekends

Attend the annual meeting/retreat

I understand that if board members miss three consecutive board meetings (without prior discussion) or do not meet the above commitments, their membership will be discussed in an executive meeting and may be revoked.
