FERPA/Student Records

Desert Sky Montessori follows the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Rules and Regulations. Therefore:

• We may only verify if a student attends our school or release information on our students to a parent/guardian who is recorded in our computer system.

• We will only release a student to a parent/guardian who is recorded in our computer system.

• Parents/guardians have a right to view their student’s records. This may be arranged at the front office.
