Friends of Desert Sky

Friends of Desert Sky (FODS) is a group of parent volunteers and community members dedicated to building and fostering a sense of community and fellowship among Desert Sky families. We organize and host school activities, celebrations, and special events that bring families and faculty/staff together.

We also secure additional resources through local partnerships, fundraising, and grant writing, which fill the gap left by shortfalls in the district’s annual charter school budget.

FODS meets virtually on the second Tuesday of every month throughout the school year. We welcome all families and friends of all abilities and interests to join in and help us plan fun activities to advance the mission of Desert Sky.
